We give you a dedicated mortgage expert, based in Melbourne, who will do all the heavy lifting for you. They will help you complete your application as quickly as possible. We’ll upload your documents, get you a free credit report, give you access to a bank statements program, and help you complete any other application. This takes between 1-2 weeks.

Now that the application is submitted it’s on to
handling the banks. You won’t have to worry about being put on hold because we’ve got all this covered too. Until settlement, we’ll handle everything to do with the banks. We’ll help you manage your new loan through till settlement and ensure that everything goes swiftly. This takes about 2-4 weeks.

We know that once your loan settles the bank will try to sneakily increase your rate. They assume you don’t have the time to fight them! We have the time, resources, connections and systems in place to keep your mortgage repayments as low as possible. We’ll keep the bank honest so you don’t have to and conduct regular reviews to check your rates and recommend when to refinance.
